Emily Calder | Sports Therapist & Rehabilitator ‍ ‍

Emily has a deep passion for Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, driven by both professional training and personal experience. Her interest in human anatomy and how the body functions began through managing her own injuries, as well as growing up alongside her father, who lives with a chronic spinal condition. Witnessing firsthand how injury and long-term conditions can affect everyday life inspired Emily’s desire to support others on their recovery journey and to give back to the community.

Emily studied at the University of Kent, where she completed a three-year degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. Throughout her studies, she gained certifications in rehabilitation, sports massage, strength and conditioning, and first aid. She uses a variety of evidence-based techniques to support recovery and designs individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient. Her goal is to improve confidence, mobility, and pain management, empowering individuals to return to daily life and sport safely and effectively.
